How the Workflow with the 360° Revolving Stage Works

The software Serial Shot controls both the turntable and the camera, ensuring precise 360° captures. As soon as the images arrive on the computer, Mask Integrator AI automatically removes the background and places the vehicle into a new environment. Once the photo process is complete, the final images are automatically passed to the software Crop and Resize, where they are cropped, fitted, and exported in the desired formats. For interactive 360° objects on your website, 360° Webspin is also included in the bundle.

  • Full control over your camera settings: Use the built-in tethering function to specify aperture, shutter speed, and other camera settings directly in Serial Shot. Trigger and pause times can also be configured to perfectly match your shooting needs. The camera live view with customizable guides and overlays gives you complete control and helps ensure consistent results.
  • Precise Positioning by Degree for Perfect Shots: Our software takes full control of the turntable to ensure your shots are captured precisely at the desired positions. You can either distribute your capture points evenly across 360° or define exact angles for each shot. This guarantees consistently high-quality results every time. Of course, manual control of the turntable is also possible if more flexibility is needed – fully tailored to your workflow.
  • 360° Interior Shots for Vehicle Presentations from Every Angle: The software supports tethering with various Ricoh Theta camera models, enabling image capture and transfer directly within the software. Create interactive JavaScript-based spin objects for your website using your 360° image series. To ensure maximum compatibility during integration, we deliberately avoid using jQuery or any other external libraries.

Use of AI via Credits

In addition to the powerful software, you also get access to our AI services tailored for e-commerce photography. Set in the software whether you're working with cars, fashion, or general products. Credits are billed using a flexible system. The 360° Revolving Stage Production Bundle includes 1000 credits per month (enough for 100 background removals). If you need more, you can purchase additional credits on demand or subscribe to a credit package at a lower rate - simply choose the option that best suits your workload.

  • Rollover of unused subscription credits: Unused credits from an active subscription are automatically carried over to following months as long as your subscription is active.
  • Validity of credits purchased on demand: Credits remain valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, after which they expire.
  • Usage order: Credits with the nearest expiration date are used first.
  • Canceling a credit subscription: All credits from a subscription can be used until the end of the billing period. After expiration, unused credits are forfeited. If you have multiple subscriptions, they are treated separately.
  • Mix credits on demand and subscription credits: You can have multiple subscriptions and buy additional credits on demand. Multiple subscriptions must be considered separately, both in terms of refilling credits at the time of billing, as well as with regard to carryover to the next month and expiry after termination. With multiple subscriptions and/or credit packages, the system always uses the credits with the closest expiration date.

Credits on demand are valid for a period of two years and then expire. If you use a subscription, unused credits are automatically carried over to the following months as long as your subscription is active. The credits closest to the expiration date are always used first. If you cancel a subscription, you can continue to use all associated credits until the end of the subscription period. Any remaining credits expire after the subscription expires. Multiple credit subscriptions are to be considered separately. The software remains operable as long as credits are available so that you can continue to access all functions and complete your projects as needed. If you take a break, your personal software settings will be saved on your computer so that you can continue working seamlessly as soon as you have new credits.
