With this fully automated system, products up to approx. 60 cm diagonal can be photographed 360° and the background can be removed directly during the photography process using AI. The turntable has a diameter of 70 cm so that the space-saving device fits on a normal 80 cm desk. Our flexible software controls the camera as well as the turntable and the light. The automated product photography workflow

Once you have positioned the product thanks to practical tools in the live view, you scan the product number or enter it manually in the user interface and start the process.

The motorized turntable and high color rendering index daylight LEDs are controlled by our easy-to-use software, which is compatible with both Windows and Mac computers.

While the system captures the images and transfers them to the computer, you can check the background removal results in real time. Once all the desired perspectives have been photographed and the background is remouved , the automatic post-processing starts, including uploading the images, and you can prepare and photograph the next product.

How does background removal using AI work?

The background removal of product images using artificial intelligence (AI) works by using advanced algorithms that analyze and process the image. Through prior training with thousands of sample images, the AI recognizes the main object in the image and separates the product from the background. This creates an accurate mask that traces the contours of the product. This mask is used to remove the background so that only the product remains. The AI ensures that the edges of the object are clean and precise. This automated process speeds up the background removal of product images considerably and always ensures professional results.

Is the system compatible with different camera types?

In general, Canon, Nikon, Sony and Panasonic cameras are compatible. Contact us to find out whether your camera model is supported.

Which operating system does the software run on?

Windows and Mac OS, if you want to use an older version, please contact us to see if it is compatible.

Do you need in-depth knowledge of photography?

You don't have to be an expert, but a basic understanding of your camera would be an advantage.

Are training courses or instructions available?

We provide intensive training and detailed video tutorials.

Do I need a subscription for the software?

For the 360° AI Compact Studio you need a subscription, which costs you 49.99 euros plus VAT per month. If you strictly dislike software subscriptions and are willing to pay a corresponding price for a permanent license, please contact us. The subscription includes up to 100 masks per month. Of course there are other packages available. The price for one background removal starts at 10 cents and can be cheaper for larger packages.

How can 360° product photos be displayed in the online store?

Our software can automatically generate interactive 360° objects directly after taking the photo, which you can integrate into your website.

Can the system be adapted to individual requirements?

Yes, our modular systems can be adapted to different needs, we look forward to your request.

Can I check the photo systems or view them during operation?

Can I edit and retouch the images in the software?

Standard corrections such as color corrections and camera calibration can be configured in the software. Several tools from basic to advanced are also available to improve the mask. If you also want to retouch your images, we recommend using our connected retouching service.

How many shots can you take in an hour?

The speed depends on many factors, such as resolution, camera used, number of images, etc. A 360° rotation with 12 images, background removal plus an additional top viewwith background removal, can be completed in 60 seconds with the 360° AI Compact Studio, for example. Further automated post-processing of the images and uploading then runs in the background while the next object is photographed.
