Tips for photographing negatives

The best results are achieved by mounting the negative in front of a homogeneously illuminated surface and photographing it with a macro lens on a camera with sufficient resolution. To ensure that the film strip is aligned parallel to the sensor plane, we recommend using a holder that is specially designed for this purpose. For example, the slide duplicator and a matching focusing rack from Novoflex are suitable for this purpose.
